Application for Sponsorship to attend the 17th IHPBA World Congress 2026, Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Singapore, 28 - 31 October 2026

The Society is pleased to offer sponsorship opportunities for our members who wish to attend the aforementioned course. For details about the event, please refer to the official website. 

Sponsorship applications are open to both ordinary and associate members. The sponsorship package covers the round-trip economy air ticket, registration fee, hotel accommodation and airport-hotel round trip transfer. Members with an active role (i.e., invited speakers, session chair, oral, poster, or video presentation, etc.) in the event will be given priority to obtain the sponsorship.

To apply, please submit the completed application form and supporting documents (if any) via email hkshbps2012@gmail.com no later than 10 May 2026.  Please note that only our members are eligible to apply for sponsorship.

Upon receiving the application, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the applicant. If the applicant does not receive the email, please contact me by email. The Society has a rolling admissions process and applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Late applications may only be considered on a space-available basis and case-by-case.

The final decision will be made by the Council Panel. Application results will be released via email within 4 weeks after the closing date of the application. Successful applicants should make their own arrangements for registration, transportation, and hotel accommodations.
