Application for Sponsorship to attend the HBP Surgery Week 2023 & the 58th Annual Congress of the Korean Association of HBP Surgery, 23 – 25 March 2023, Busan, Korea
The HBP Surgery Week 2023 & the 58th Annual Congress of the Korean Association of HBP Surgery is to be held in Busan, Korea on 23 – 25 March 2023. The Society would like to sponsor our members to attend the captioned congress. For the details of the event, you can visit the website at https://www.khbps.org/html/main/index.html .
Application for sponsorship to the Meeting is available to both ordinary and associate members from now to 1 March 2023. The sponsorship package covers the economy round trip flight ticket, accommodation fee and registration fee. Members with an active role (i.e. invited speakers, session chair, oral, poster or video presentation, etc) in the meeting will be given priorities to obtain the sponsorship.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to the applicant after received. If the applicant does not receive the email, please contact me by email. The Society has rolling admissions process and applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Late application may only be considered on a space-available basis and case-by-case.
The final decision will be made by the Council Panel. Application results will be released via email within 4 weeks after the closing date of application. Successful applicants should make his/her own arrangement on the registration, transportation and hotel accommodation. Thank you.
